By purchasing a ticket to any Crokinole UK tournament, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final. Crokinole UK does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in your personal schedule or availability
  • Illness or injury
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Weather conditions
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the tournament

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable, and can be resold with notice of the sale provided in writing to Crokinole UK.

2. Tournament Format and Structure Are Subject to Change

Crokinole UK is committed to delivering high-quality, competitive, and enjoyable tournament experiences. However, we reserve the right to adjust any aspect of a tournament format at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The tournament schedule or start times
  • The number of rounds, players per group, or playoff formats
  • The scoring system or tiebreaker methods
  • Venue layout or table assignments
  • Rules clarifications or enforcement policies

These changes may be necessary due to factors such as attendance numbers, venue constraints, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as early as reasonably possible, but we appreciate your understanding that final decisions may sometimes be made on the day of the event.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this No Refunds & Tournament Format Policy. Your commitment to attend and participate is an important part of making our events successful for all involved.
